Job Description:

**This work location is a home office. Any qualified U.S. worker will be
permitted to work out of a home office within the same Metropolitan
Statistical Area (MSA).

Will engage in the analysis, development, and delivery of software
applications to meet client expectations and requirements and explore
opportunities for process improvement. Will investigate current business
processes to identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, and
inefficiencies. Will support the development of written specifications
(such as system description documents and use case documents) to capture
business process requirements. Will assign tasks to project members and
review the team’s work products to ensure accuracy and consistency. Will
perform analysis and documentation of customer requirements and contribute
to the design and delivery of solutions. Will develop and maintain
relationships with clients and cross-functional groups to ensure multi-
level alignment with respect to projects and programs. Will provide input
with respect to future software functionality, implementation methodology,
configuration, and customization standards. Will represent the Design and
Deployment team in connection with project governance activities and
provide recommendations and risk assessment information in support of
decision-making. Will optimize ways in which information technology
supports business goals within and across customer organizations and in
accordance with an established road map. Will plan, analyze, build, and
test solutions from end-to-end based on multiple solutions to meet client
needs and address client customer challenges. Will promote the use of the
Global Services portfolio to expand value opportunities. Will provide
strategic feedback to Product and Solution Management concerning how
solutions can be most effectively used by clients while providing the
greatest revenue.

Up to 70% domestic travel required, often on short notice.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Mechanical
Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related field (willing to accept
foreign education equivalent) plus 3 years of experience performing service
parts management, inventory management, and product development services
for the Retail, Footwear, and Apparel (RFA) industry. Or, alternatively, a
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as stated above.

Also requires:
(1) Demonstrated expertise in the architectural design and implementation
of re-usable software components for multi-tier web-based service suite
systems;
(2) Demonstrated expertise developing and deploying efficient PLM
applications on Windows and UNIX platforms leveraging 3 or more of the
following technologies: Java, J2EE, Web Sphere, Microsoft SQL Server, or
Oracle database;
(3) Demonstrated experience providing coaching to other implementation
professionals in connection with the analysis, deployment, and delivery of
software applications to meet client needs; and,
(4) Demonstrated expertise leveraging Agile methodologies to implement
software solutions.
