Oculoplastics Division - Full-time Faculty Appointment at
Columbia University
Department of Ophthalmology/Edward S. Harkness Eye Institute
Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Vagelos College of
Physicians & Surgeons is seeking a dynamic, forward-looking
academic ophthalmologist to join the Oculoplastics Division of the
Department of Ophthalmology-Edward S. Harkness Eye Institute.
Responsibilities include participation in the faculty practice of
the Department of Ophthalmology, teaching of medical students,
residents and fellows, and other educational and research
activities. A track record of proven positive interactions with
residents and fellows is highly desirable. Candidates should enjoy
working as part of a team with excellent communication skills and a
commitment to superior oculoplastic and orbital patient care,
teaching, and research.
The successful candidate will be appointed to the full-time faculty
at Columbia University Department of Ophthalmology at the Edward S.
Harkness Eye Institute with privileges at NewYork-Presbyterian
Hospital.
License (or eligible) to practice medicine in New York; Board
Certification or Eligibility (ABO); ASOPRS fellowship training in
oculoplastic and orbital surgery.Columbia University is an Equal
