What we do:
The Trade Desk is growing at a fast pace, and we are seeking a team member to join our People Operations Team to deliver exceptional service to our global employees. Are you passionate about helping solve complex challenges and supporting them through critical transformations? As a member of our People Operations Team, you will deliver organization strategy, organization design, and workforce transition enablement.
What you'll do:
We are looking for a professional who you will use a combination of organizational design principles and advanced analytical tools to design and deliver organization strategy solutions. You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
You will be part of the global People Operations team reporting to the SVP, People Operations:


  • Create a strategy to shift our approach into strategic workforce planning across the organization and evaluate organizational health & effectiveness.
  • Providing expertise and guidance in organizational design methodologies and best practices. Collaborating with senior leaders to align operating model and/or organizational design initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Drive complex / cross functional transformation efforts than enables the strategic direction and strategic priorities of the organization.
  • Developing and presenting comprehensive recommendations for target operating models, including strategic levers and value drivers.
  • Facilitating meetings to gather input and drive consensus on organizational design.
  • Designing and managing assessments to identify opportunities and arrive at strategic recommendations, future state designs and actionable roadmaps.
  • Driving creation of the right detailed organizational design documentation, inclusive of organizational charts, RACIs, labor planning / capacity planning, roles and responsibilities documentation, spans and layers, level and titling standards, governance frameworks, process designs, etc.
  • Advising business leaders to understand organizational impacts of proposed changes.
  • Providing strategic guidance and insights on change management strategies.

    Who you are:

    • Proven track record in leading and delivering successful operating model and organizational design projects.
    • Advanced knowledge of organizational design principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and align organizational design with business objectives.
    • Emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels, navigate sensitive discussions and manage conflicts.
    • Ability to right-size analytical tools and frameworks in support of discovery, design, and recommendations (financial or cost analysis, ROI analysis, workforce analysis and planning, process design and analysis, etc.)
    • Have meaningful experience in high-growth environments where you experienced business transformation at rapid speed. You have experience working within global frameworks including understanding the complexities of workforce planning and organizational effectiveness with global stakeholders.
    • Ability to build relationships with and influence senior executives.
    • Advanced change management skills and experience in leading organizational transformations.
