About the r ole : CHANEL is seeking a Head of Dig i tal Insights and Stratgy reporting to Head of US Digital . This role will lead a team and be responsible for business analy tics , strategy, sales forcasting and planning , and budget oversight for the comprehensive Digital client experience. This role will partner closely with the three business divi s ions , as well as , glo b al and local analytics partners, and operational partner s in Client Care, Supply Chain and Finance among others. What impact you can create at CHANEL: Act as digital lead for business analysis and strategy decks, including MTP, Budget Alignment and Strategy Review as well as quarterly and EOY recaps , frequently briefing executive leadership on business performance and visionManage chanel.com budget cycle, acting as the touchpoint for Finance teams, ensuring accuracy for variable costs & projectsDevelop and maintain the chanel.com sales forecast and planning, in conjunction with Demand Planning, ensuring spend alignment with sales growth and development, identifying areas of risk and opportunity within the businessManage fulfillment and post purchase experience in partnership with Operations team, overseeing special projects and KEM programsDefine credit rules in partnership with CFS, protecting channel against grey market/fraudAct as the US digital analytics point of contact, aligning with IPT and global divisional counterparts, creating seamless analytics competencies and piloting new servicesA nalyze the performance of new site features, functionalities, and services, understanding the incremental impact and identifying optimization opportunitiesInnovate within the analytics scope, stretching the team to expand the digital capacity through advanced and predictive analytics, to increase engagement and conversion on-siteAssist in services, features and omnichannel innovation , business cases and roadmapping , including analytics business requirementsUnderstand the client behavior on site, specifically the value of US programs and their unique divisional impact, and provide actionable reporting and analysis to teams to help drive the digital strategy and roadmapsOversee the digital client analysis, segmentation tracking and onsite client behavior in order to advise the Growth and Retention team and Merchandising and Engagement teamsDevelop benchmark reporting, identifying the chanel.com position within the industryEnsure the accuracy and competency of digital analytics , defining metrics and KPIs and overseeing the contribution to tagging plansEnhance during and post-purchase strategies, including checkout, delivery and packaging innovation, to align with evolving client behaviors and expectationsManage and scale UX Research program to improve user experience and conversions through A/B testing, helping guide the roadmap in a smart and efficient way , develop ing UX team members and engag ing in high to midlevel design workBuild and manage a team focusing on data , while fos t ering an environment of test and learn, training and development You are energized b y: The client digital experienceWorking in a highly collaborative environmentNavigating complexity and supporting consistent transformation and changeCollaborating with passionate teammatesPeople leadership, coaching and developmentConnecting the dots on problems, bring a key eye for details and expert problem perception Position Logistics: New York based rolePartially Remote: Role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the designated location/office. *Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where circumstances where deemed appropriate. Compensation : The anticipated base salary range for this position is $214,000 through $250,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks .
