Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to
lead the implementation of our financial suite project. This role
will focus on leveraging Oracle technologies for financial
operations [Oracle Fusion, EBS], including General Ledger (GL)
accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. The ideal
candidate will have strong experience in project management using
Prince2 or PMP with experience in working with Agile methodology
and a solid background in finance operations, with a deep
understanding of how financial systems integrate and support
business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the financial suite project,
ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and
meets quality standards.
Develop and manage the project plan, including scope, schedule,
resources, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with
business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders,
providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a timely
manner.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with key business and technical stakeholders to
understand project requirements and translate these into clear
project objectives.
Manage expectations and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise
between stakeholders.
Engage with business leaders and team members to ensure alignment
between financial goals and technical execution.
Financial Systems Expertise:
Apply your deep knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and
accounts receivable processes to ensure seamless integration and
optimization of the Oracle Financial Suite.
Ensure that the financial suite is configured to meet both
regulatory requirements and business needs.
Prince2 or PMP/ Agile Methodology Application:
Implement and enforce Prince2 project management (or PMP)
methodologies to ensure structured and effective delivery of the
project.
Work in an agile project management environment.
Manage project risks, issues, and change requests while maintaining
focus on project objectives.
Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, business
analysts, technical teams, and external vendors.
Promote a collaborative work environment, motivating team members
and providing guidance and support where necessary.
Mentor and develop junior project team members.
Budget and Resource Management:
Create and manage the project budget, ensuring cost control
measures are in place and adhered to.
Identify resource needs and manage allocation to ensure efficient
and effective delivery.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the financial suite project adheres to the highest standards
of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of project deliverables to
ensure compliance with defined requirements and industry best
practices.
Reporting and Documentation:
Provide regular status reports to senior management and
stakeholders.
Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation, including
progress reports, risk assessments, and lessons learned.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the
financial systems and workflows, leading initiatives to optimize
performance and efficiency.
Change Management Experience:
Work with the change management team to ensure all the deliverables
are tracked and implemented in a timely manner
Ensure the training plan is developed and implemented
Engage in ADKAR evaluation of the stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in program/project management for at least 10
years, with a strong background in leading financial system
implementations, preferably in Oracle Financial Suite [Cloud or
On-Prem]. - Must Have
Prince2 Certification (Foundation and Practitioner level) or PMP
certification with experience in working on Agile projects. - Must
Have
Strong understanding of GL, accounts payable, and accounts
receivable processes. - Must Have
Expertise in ERP solutions and integration knowledge, with specific
experience in Oracle products highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity
to think strategically and implement solutions effectively.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and
deliver results on time and within budget.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external
vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Financial Suite certification (e.g., Oracle Fusion or ERP
Cloud certification).
Experience in Agile methodologies alongside Prince2 or PMP.
Familiarity with other financial systems and ERP solutions is a
plus.

Timelines:
April 2025 through October 2027 [ subject to a probation period of
6 months, with the possibility of extension]
