Job Description:

Currently seeking 5 individuals for highly professional financial collections positions. This position offers the opportunity to get your foot in the door at a Big 4 Financial Firm! These positions work closely with billing partners, managing directors, directors and managers to help achieve collections goals.

Responsibilities include:

- Facilitation of consistent and timely payments

- Build relationships with clients as well as billing team to learn client billing cycle and payment terms

- Generate and cancel invoices or create credit memos

- Allocate billings

- Monitor Foreign AP and Unapplied Cash databases

- Enter comments into the Tax Investment Management (TIM) database

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role within a large financial environment

- Previous collections experience a plus!

- Strong Excel and analytic skills

- Excellent communication skills and a strong, executive presence
