Join us!Job Description:Associate at this level is a qualified, seasoned sales officer responsible for providing customized equipment leasing and structured financing solutions to Bank of America corporate clients. Typical transaction size ranges from $5,000,000 up to $250,000,000. Associate is responsible for enhancing client and industry relationships, generating opportunities and tailoring superior client solutions. Associate will possess proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, and strong execution and multi-tasking skills.Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

• 10+ years in a direct sales/originations role in equipment leasing/structured finance.
• Customer/Client Relationship Management
• Customer/Client Industry Knowledge
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, to include GAAP and tax accounting
• Proven ability for client prospecting and territory development
