Our client is a public accounting firm. They seek a Senior Tax Manager to join their Real Estate group in their Manhattan, NY office.Responsibilities

• Consult on complex federal, state, and local income tax returns
• Lead and develop relationships with real estate clients
• Communicate daily with clients on tax and business matters
• Deliver exceptional client service in a timely and professional manner
• Seek tax planning and savings opportunities for clients
• Identify opportunities to provide additional consultative solutions
• Liaise with tax consulting services on state and local tax matters
• Support Business Development and Thought Leadership activities
• Contribute to all areas of client engagement (staffing, billing, etc.)
• Build career-lasting relationships with your colleagues and clientsRequirements
• Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
• 8+ years of tax experience
• Real estate industry knowledge
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Strong leadership/managerial skills
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Strong client service abilities
• CPA required and skilled in Excel
