make strong additions to our team.What We're Looking ForWe are
looking for an entrepreneurial and creative Senior Product Manager
with 6+ years of experience working on complex business problems
and a relentless drive to deliver excellent customer outcomes. The
problems that we are solving at Maybern involve a massive amount of
business logic complexity, and our PMs need to be able to both
understand the big picture and get into the weeds. Being successful
at Maybern means having an entrepreneurial spirit and a high sense
of intellectual curiosity.What You'll Do
- Drive product delivery: You'll collaborate with Engineering and
Design to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful product
solutions. When new questions and unknowns arise, you'll engage
cross-functional teams, dig deep into potential roadblocks, and
guide decisions that keep projects on track.
- Establish strategic foundations: Working closely with our
Director of Product, you'll help define product strategy and own
portions of the roadmap. As our team continues to grow, you'll own
refining parts of our product process to help us more seamlessly
scale.
- Lead product discovery & research: You'll conduct user research
and data analysis to understand our users' needs and opportunity
areas. You'll use quantitative and qualitative data to inform
product priorities and decisions. You'll balance the ultimate user
experience with business goals, and break down complex problems in
order to identify and manage their solutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: You'll synthesize
research learnings to share cross-functionally. You'll keep
stakeholders and leadership informed on progress, roadblocks, and
any impacts to timelines. You'll leverage the internal accounting
expertise of our Product Operations team to help inform strategic
scoping decisions.Who You Are

long-term product vision is preserved while adapting to evolving
market demands. You are adept at articulating a compelling roadmap

- Have 6+ years of product management experience, ideally working
on a B2B product, with a proven track record for delivering high
impact product solutions.
- Enjoy tackling ambiguous challenges within large, complex
systems, and translating that complexity into elegant user-facing
solutions.
