A company is looking for a Deputy Head of Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial diligence for potential acquisitions and support
post-merger integration efforts
Optimize revenue recognition and pricing structures while building
scalable financial reporting frameworks
Oversee core financial operations and manage cash flow, ensuring
compliance and accuracy in reporting
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or strategic
finance, preferably in government contracting or SaaS
Strong background in M&A due diligence, transaction
structuring, and financial modeling
Deep understanding of financial statements and key financial
metrics
Experience in optimizing finance processes and implementing systems
for scaling operations
Ability to work cross-functionally and provide insights to diverse
teams
