Pay Scale: $50,000 -58,000

SUMMARY
The WorkPlace is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator to support and
optimize our organization's digital marketing efforts. Duties for
the Digital Media Coordinator will include tracking campaign
progress, developing various digital marketing materials,
creating/sourcing images and artwork, updating online assets,
streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general
digital marketing activities. Your creative thinking skills and
strategies will be an essential part in driving our digital
narrative, enhancing our organization's image, improving digital
communication with job seekers, and encouraging collaboration
through effective campaigns. Ideal candidates for this role should
be creative and innovative, multimedia savvy, well-organized, and
must be excellent writers and communicators. Ultimately, the
exceptional Digital Media Coordinator should have a firm grasp of
the different digital touch points, drive highly effective digital
campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital
objectives.
The goal of the position is to support and promote The WorkPlace
and its related programs while reinforcing its mission. This role
will be responsible for managing all of The WorkPlace's social
media activities across multiple platforms. The position will also
update and develop content for multiple websites. Design and
provide flyers, brochures, and logos as needed. The position will
take video/pictures at company events and meetings as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for own work and not required to direct or supervise
other personnel but may occasionally instruct or show another
employee how to perform the work.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors' degree in Marketing/Communication; or 1-2 years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, all social media platforms,
and online content management systems (CMS) including WordPress,
and Constant Contact. Graphic design skills and competency in Adobe
Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
