Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to
develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving
engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop cross-sell campaign strategies aligned with revenue goals
and customer success objectives
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email
sequences, webinars, and in-app messaging
Set clear campaign goals, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure success
across various channels
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS
environment
Proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles
Strong experience in supporting and executing full-funnel and
multi-channel marketing campaigns
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business
Experience with tools such as Drift, Mutiny, Goldcast, and
Marketo
