OpportunityWeWork is looking for an experienced Senior Manager,
Global Marketing Analytics and Operations based in New York City,
who will support the wider global Marketing function at WeWork
accountable for the design, implementation, measurement, analysis,
and reporting of key activities throughout the buyer journey and
customer lifecycle.As a part of WeWork's Central Data team, you'll
partner across the company with global Marketing and Sales
stakeholders, Sales Operations, and Technology to help the team
make informed data driven decisions to measure effectiveness, track
metrics, analyze performance and report on results with clear and
actionable insights and takeaways. Equal parts operator and
analyst, you will also be responsible for assisting with the set
up, maintenance and optimization of lead routing from Marketing to
Sales, partnering closely with Sales Operations and Marketing to
spot trends and shape plans.The ideal candidate will have
exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills with
a proven track record of leveraging data and analytics to drive
revenue at the target ROI. The individual must have a deep
understanding of marketing attribution models and have experience
working with large, complex data sets from multiple sources. They
will play an active role in influencing the direction of integrated
marketing activations across channels around the globe by enabling
and optimizing our funnel, programs, channels, and campaigns.
Candidates should be highly collaborative across functions and
comfortable with presenting to senior members of both Sales and
Marketing teams.Responsibilities:
- Proactively analyze data, identify trends and develop
recommendations for changes to investment & marketing strategies
across the channels.
- Lead development of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly marketing
update presentations to senior and executive management.
- Own development and maintenance of Salesforce and Tableau/Power
BI dashboards to visualize complex data sets and be able to distill
information into actionable insights in reports
- Partner closely with our Sales Operations team to assist with
translating Sales goals and performance along with past performance
into Marketing goals, forecasts and analytical models for
Marketing
- Ensure activity across marketing campaign funnels and customer
behavior flows are tagged and tracked accurately for reporting and
analysis, across multiple markets and channels including, but not
limited to paid search, social, display, event and email
marketing.
- Support marketing team on SQL and data needs, including regular
and ad hoc reporting.
- Own marketing analytics data models in data warehouse and
upkeep with engineering, troubleshooting data issues with technical
resources and teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of
information
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and optimize
marketing attribution and measurement models, including but not
limited to leads scoring last-touch, multi-touch, MMMs, etc.
- Own set up and implementation of lead forms and routing logic
in partnership with Sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of data
within existing systems
- Work collaboratively, including with external
agencies/partners.
- Present to Executives and other key Leadership Team members
(VP+) across functions
- Manage multiple projects and deliver against deadlines for a
range of senior stakeholders internally.About YouDoes the below

- 8+ years of experience working in analytical capacity modeling
and/or interpreting data with a focus on marketing data analytics
and operations.
- Proficient at utilizing SQL queries to extract and manipulate
data efficiently. (preferably Snowflake)
- Confident working with various digital analytics and
visualization platforms (such as Google Analytics, Salesforce,
Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to build and maintain
high quality dashboards
- Strong understanding of ad trafficking and online tracking
mechanisms including but not limited to Doubleclick Campaign
Manager, UTMs, floodlight/pixel tags, etc.
- Experience in reporting on customer insights, LTV and CAC
analysis and A/B testing
- Experience migrating from a first-touch to multi-touch
attribution model
- Comfortable working in a high paced environment
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering reports
to Executives and other key Leadership positions at the company,
across functions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a quantitative focusNice to
haves:
- Proficient in one scripting language (e.g., Python, R) for data
manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with Git and CI CD workflows
- Experience with Cloud Services (AWS or GCP)Compensation &
BenefitsBase Pay: $127,500 - $170,000Incentive Compensation: WeWork
employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific
to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is
applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are
subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan,
which will be made available to you after commencing employment.
