Job Description:
A company is looking for a High School Math Teacher for their
online program.
Key Responsibilities:
Individualize and apply the math curriculum for students from
Algebra 1 through Calculus
Facilitate student progression through regular feedback,
assessments, and interdisciplinary projects
Provide 1:1 coaching and support for students' personal, academic,
and social development
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Demonstrated passion for math, preferably with a BS+ advanced
degree or relevant professional experience
Experience as a mentor, coach, or advisor for adolescents
Commitment to the pursuit of truth and student development
Interest in contributing to a vibrant school community
Willingness to learn and adapt to a Montessori-inspired educational
approach
