• Skillfully lead customers through the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, launch, and collections.
• Develop sales strategies to analyze competitors and assess business opportunities.
• Continuously evaluate what's driving success and failure, and make improvements.
• Define sales process including: prospecting, presentations, pricing, negotiations, contracting, booking rules, and forecasting.
• Build sales team culture and collaborate with others to close more business.
• Ensure service is delivered at customers' expectations and customers renew.How You Can Do More than Sales:
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the product team.
