Analyze blueprints & other documentation to prepare time, cost materials, & labor estimates.

Confer w/ the board, Architects, Engrs, & Prjct Mangemnt personnel on changes & adjustments to cost estimates.

Prepare quantity estimates to make sure timely submission of the bids.

Set up, record, & manage the cash flow of construction prjcts & generate detailed monthly invoices for work performed for assigned prjcts.

Review directory of suppliers, contractors, & subcontractors & reviewing portfolios to determine award of prjcts.

Assist the Chief Estimator w/ pricing & contacting vendors for specific material pricing, lead times & other information req'd for a smooth bidding process.

Req's a master's in construction eng'g & mangmnt.

Req's a Maters degree in Construction eng'g & Mangmnt.

Salary of $96,138.
