Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for improving accessible product development
on Android and implement solutions
Establish coding standards and patterns for building accessible
UIs
Provide training and mentorship to Android engineers on
accessibility best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in developing consumer Android
applications
Expertise in Kotlin or Java, and Jetpack Compose
Experience with UI and feature development that meets accessibility
standards
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects
Passion for digital accessibility and mentoring others in the
field
