Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Support Engineer to provide
technical support and troubleshoot issues for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support experience within the
product
Troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, collaborating
with teams
Design and implement solutions to scale support offerings through
automation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering,
Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or
related roles
2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS,
GCP)
Experience in reading or debugging code in languages such as Java,
Python, or JavaScript
Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating systems
