Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Release Train Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates and coaches a moderately complex Agile Release Train
(ART) using SAFe principles
Leads PI Planning readiness and fosters Continuous Exploration
processes
Encourages collaboration and synchronized processes across multiple
teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of related experience, including 2+ years on large scale,
complex projects
Experience working within the SAFe Framework as an RTE or similar
role
Proficient in Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies
Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification(s): RTE and/or SPC
Scrum Master certification such as CSP-SM, A-CSM, or PSM III
