and the people who make them. Right now, we're looking for a
mechanically-minded, dependable person who wants to learn the ropes

About the Role:
This is a hands-on job where you'll work alongside experienced team
members, learning how to maintain, fix, and install machinery and
equipment used in a busy industrial setting. If you're comfortable
with tools, curious about how things work, and not afraid to get a
little dirty, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do (With Training & Support):
Learn Equipment Maintenance
- Help inspect and service motors, pumps, belts, and conveyors.
- Assist in basic mechanical repairs and part replacements.
- Support the maintenance crew during equipment breakdowns or
scheduled tune-ups.
Get Comfortable with Tools & Machines
- Use hand and power tools to make adjustments and repairs.
- Work with skilled mechanics to help install or move heavy
machinery.
- Learn basic fabrication, pipework, and possibly some light
electrical work.
Pitch In Around the Facility
- Keep workspaces clean and safe.
- Assist with general repairs (plumbing, lights, small fixes).
- Be ready to lend a hand wherever it's needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 0-2 (or 3) years of experience in a mechanical or
maintenance-related job - or strong interest and aptitude in
mechanical work (trade school grads welcome!).
- Comfortable using tools and learning new equipment.
- Willingness to work hard, show up on time, and learn from
experienced team members.
- Good physical condition - able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and
move around a large facility.
- A positive attitude and desire to build a long-term career in a
skilled trade.
The Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday mornings, with occasional weekend
overtime.
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience and skill.
- Benefits: Health insurance, paid vacation, and holiday pay.
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, pick up
real skills, and grow with a company that values loyalty, safety,
and hard work.
