Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Director responsible for
driving value delivery and ensuring high renewal rates for
enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships to ensure high renewal rates and
participant utilization
Collaborate with the Account Executive Team to develop account
strategies and identify cross-sell opportunities
Leverage client data to demonstrate how offerings address client
challenges and align product features with client objectives
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of related work experience
Experience managing a client's annual renewal cycle
Strong business acumen
Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM software
Familiarity with SaaS industry concepts and practices
