Job Description:
The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) believes in the

a criminal record who wants to work has the preparation and support
needed to find a job and to stay connected to the labor force.
VISTA Members at CEO will support local sites seeking to change the
status quo for individuals returning home from incarceration. Each
VISTA Member will conduct research and create a program design for
resource development, partnership development, and program
innovation activities.Site Location: This is not a remote position;
service will be performed on location.Start date: This position
will remain open until filled and has the opportunity to start in
2/2025, but may begin at a later time.Member Duties: The VISTA
Member at CEO Tulsa will conduct in-depth research and implement
strategies for resource development, partnership development, and
program innovation activities at their local site. Capacity
building initiatives will include expanding certificate training
opportunities at the local level, piloting program improvement
initiatives, and working closely with frontline staff and
participants to create sustainable solutions bridging gaps in
service. The VISTA will also work closely with the External Affairs
team to build out community engagement efforts including individual
and corporate volunteer events and grant writing and
fundraising.Program Benefits: Education award upon successful
