Job Description:
Position: Facilities Manager Reports to: General Manager
Oversees: Daily operations Facilities Manager description Clock in
and out of every shift. On-time opening/closing of the facilities.
Managing daily operations. Keeping up-to-date schedule of staff.
Make sure all staff are in appropriate work attire. Make sure all
shifts are covered. Maintain relationships with guests. Assist
guests with any Center related concerns. Assess guest needs and
issues. Keep the general manager informed & up to date on the
happenings at the Center. Making sure all staff are conducting work
duties. Make sure guests are adhering to the Center's rules.
Provide support to staff and guests. Navigate phone calls. Ordering
supplies for the facilities. Receiving deliveries. Reporting any
maintenance issues. Assisting with office administration. Assisting
with payroll. Initiate locker room walkthroughs. Check on sauna,
steam rooms and nap pod areas. Initiate walkthroughs of the gym
floor area. Check on machines and weight equipment. Initiate
walkthroughs of conference rooms while not in use. Make sure sound
systems and televisions are working. Initiate walkthroughs of the
laundry room. Make sure the laundry room is being well maintained
and organized. Report any major issues to the General Manager.
These duties are to be performed on a daily basis and may be
supplemented or clarified over time by the manager as needed. Dress
code Business Attire. Closed toe shoes or boots. Jeans, jeggings,
leggings, sweatpants, hats, flip flops, sandals, uggs, snow boots,
rainboots, see-through clothing are not allowed. Employment Type:
Full Time Salary: $21 - $23 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
