Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Development Manager to lead
a team in designing and delivering training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team in creating training programs for air
traffic control operations
Oversee the development of web-based and instructor-led training
courses
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure compliance with
regulations and industry standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Aviation, or
a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree
with 6+ years of experience
4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
Ability to secure an FAA Public Trust Clearance
Proven experience managing training development teams, preferably
in aviation or ATC training
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and
e-learning technologies
