A company is looking for a Program Manager, Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own weekly business reviews and provide recommendations to leadership
Design, implement, and audit organizational operating mechanisms
Lead cross-team projects and disseminate key insights from customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
2+ years of driving process improvements experience (preferred)
Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field (preferred)
