Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community and State Manager of
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, control, and improve end-to-end business processes
Lead process design and project implementation teams in process
improvement activities
Oversee quality reporting, analysis, and audits to support
continuous quality improvement
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in writing business and/or system
requirements and business/finance analysis
4+ years of experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Visio
3+ years of experience in documenting processes and practices in
accepted project methodology artifacts
Team lead or project lead experience
Georgia Medicaid experience and NCQA accreditation compliance
experience
