Creators can offer free memberships to fans looking to explore more of their work, paid memberships to give access to exclusive media and community, or sell directly to fans with Shops.Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. • 30M free new memberships in the first year of launching that option, and
• 10M fans paying each month for exclusive access to creators' work and community.We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Partner Manager, Top Creators to support our mission.This role is a Remote friendly role or open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model in our San Francisco or New York office.About the RoleWhat you will do:
  • Build trusted creator relationships: Work with a small portfolio of our largest creators and earn their trust that the Patreon platform and team is essential to unlocking the earnings and connection with their fan base.
  • Drive earnings and product adoption: Accelerate each creator's growth trajectory by coaching them on using product features, increasing traffic to their Patreon page, improving fan-to-member conversion rates, and maximizing long-term retention of existing members.
  • Level up creators' product mastery: Coach creator teams on how to use the Patreon platform, new product launches, and third-party integrations to achieve their membership goals.
  • Partner with Product: Ensure that your creators' voices are heard by being embedded in product pods.
  • Creatively execute on cross-functional solutions: Work with creators to address their unique business-critical needs through motions like enrolling in product testing, setting up feedback sessions, and working with Data Science on additional reports.
  • Partner on marketing opportunities: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to showcase your creators in promotional, event, and press opportunities.
  • Inspire evangelism for Patreon: Translate our investment into strategic creators into their advocacy for Patreon.Skills and experience you possess:
    • 3+ years of experience in creator success or creator management: Experience managing partnerships with a small portfolio, particularly with creators making podcasts and video content.
    • Product and revenue expansion: Proven success in environments with revenue and product adoption growth targets.
    • Applying data insights to customer needs: Translating performance insights into actionable steps for customers.
    • Cross-functional partnerships: Strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.Projects you may work on:
      • Revamp a creator's tiers to drive member acquisition and sustainability.
      • Identify creators for early testing of new product features and ensure a positive experience while providing feedback.
      • Partner with product teams to share insights and advocate for creator needs.
      • Develop a plan for content and promotion in conjunction with a major launch for a creator.
      • Manage a creator's involvement in a Patreon marketing event.What you will have the chance to learn:
