streamlines commercial real estate operations.Position Overview:As
our first dedicated sales hire, you'll spearhead US sales, building
the sales function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role
requiring strategic thinking, tactical execution, and a passion for
proptech. Ideally located in NYC (other major metros
considered).Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute sales
strategies and plans.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
* Develop and optimize sales materials and processes.
* Collaborate with marketing and customer success
teams.Qualifications:* 6-10 years of sales experience in
high-growth SaaS or proptech.
* Proven success in managing the full sales cycle.
* Strong understanding of the real estate industry.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
