- Develop a demand marketing strategy that enables the creation,
capture, and conversion of demand in alignment with business
objectives across multiple segments.
- Orchestrate cross-functional integrated campaigns to ensure
aligned execution of strategic messaging and competitive
positioning across all channels.
- Enable always-on-demand programs complemented by strategic
campaigns to drive traffic to owned digital properties that convert
to qualified leads for the BDR and sales organizations.
- Activate demand across all channels, including paid, organic,
ABM, and partner.
- Evaluate the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns,
optimizing processes and adjusting tactics accordingly.
- Continuously improve and pilot new approaches to creating,
capturing, and converting demand. Forecast, measure, analyze, and
report on the impact of demand creation programs on pipeline and
bookings.
- Ensure a highly productive relationship with sales, driving
strong alignment on campaign strategy and pipeline objectives.
- Create engaging and visually compelling content to support
demand generation campaigns, sales cycles, and business
initiatives.
- Write clear, persuasive, and targeted copy for a variety of
channels, including email campaigns, social media, landing pages,
and sales enablement materials.
- Design high-quality visuals and multimedia content tailored to
the needs of marketing and sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce
content that aligns with Compyl's overall strategy and
messaging.
- Continuously optimize content based on performance analytics to
improve engagement and conversion rates.You
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software demand marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully launching high-impact
integrated marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success orchestrating cross-functional teams to
achieve pipeline and growth objectives.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills for relaying technical
information to team members & stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working
independently.
- Open to collaborating on alternative solutions.
- Curious about technology and eager to learn.
- A self-starter who can manage their own workload.What we offer
