A growing organization is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. This role involves managing a training team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and addressing diverse employee development needs.Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with supervisors to assess and identify training requirements.
• Developing high-quality training materials and resources.
• Coordinating training schedules with department heads to meet operational needs.
• Maintaining a user-friendly knowledge base for staff reference.
• Mentoring the training team to ensure effective program delivery and consistent content quality.
• Ensuring all training initiatives comply with regulatory standards.
• Traveling between Spring Valley, NY, and Brooklyn, NY, as needed to oversee training operations.Ideal Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the home care industry.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and diverse training methodologies.
• Proficiency in training software and tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel and a commitment to fostering a culture of learning and growth.Additional Information:
• Part-time may be an option for qualified candidates.
