Job Description:
The ChallengeWe're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead a
team of Territory AEs in the AMER Enterprise East BU. In this role,
you will manage a team who act as trusted advisors, providing
exceedingly high standards of customer service to OneTrust's
Accounts. You'll build collaborative relationships across the
organization that allow you to build and scale your team's book of
business, representing OneTrust with whitespace prospects and
expanding share of wallet with existing customers.OneTrust is a
fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform with a strong growth
trajectory. We invest heavily in our Sales Team through demand
generation, methodology-driven sales philosophy, weekly sales
trainings, customer-driven roadmaps, and a readily-available
executive team to help close deals.This is a high TCV opportunity
with uncapped commission and a competitive salary.Your MissionIn
this role you will drive organizational strategy, influence senior
leadership, innovate new processes, and have heavy involvement in
sales plan creation, sales strategy, territory and account plan
management and customer segmentation. You will hire, train, and
manage multiple high-performing sales reps through mentorship,
guidance and coaching. You will also represent OneTrust and develop
new business with existing clients and build relationships across
internal stakeholders in multiple departments.In this role you will
also:
- Own account management goals for teams, plan for business
alignment, and communicate goals/strategies to teams.
- Build, progress and convert a robust pipeline of new ACV
opportunity through new-logo acquisition, customer ACV expansion
and renewal opportunities.
- Be accountable for your forecast, demonstrating sharp deal
control and forecast accuracy.
- Partner with Senior Leadership to drive operational alignment
on sales strategy and customer segmentation
- Manage ongoing customer needs effectively to drive high
customer retention and loyalty
- Own the development and strategy of risk mitigation or
escalation plans if needed and manage the internal execution and
delivery
- Work with your teams to identify growth opportunities and build
business/value-sale cases around achieving these goals with the
customer
- In partnership with HR, hold a high bar for talent, building
and fostering a high-performance sales culture on your team and
supporting their development and growth in their careers at
OneTrust.
- Support the leadership team in ensuring equitable experiences,
strengthening inclusion acumen, and promoting a culture of
inclusivity and belonging that embraces the contributions of all
team membersYou AreYou have leadership experience in high growth
SaaS sales organizations and a proven track record in software
sales, successfully selling solutions at the C-level with a track
record of success in direct sales management. Your past teams have
exceeded quotas and objectives within a technical client
acquisition business.Your experience includes:
- At least 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer
Support, and/or Account Management and 5+ years management and
leadership experience.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent military or
professional experience in a related field and previous experience
in privacy/security/third party risk/consent management
- Experience owning sales plan creation, sales strategy, and
customer segmentation and building a balanced business with YoY
growth through customer expansion.
- Expert knowledge of Account Management and how to manage and
build multiple teams.
- A proven track record in software sales, successfully selling
solutions at the C-level with significant experience of direct
sales management.
- Experience establishing operational objectives, delegating work
plans, and determining successful completion.
- Define the vision for the Account Management processes and
services with the ability to make strategic decisions that impact
schedules and/or unit operations and overall business
activities.
