Mai Placement ($130,000) - Brooklyn, NY, United StatesDirector of Perks & EngagementLocation: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)Salary: $115,000-$135,000Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Director of Perks & Engagement to lead and expand a unique perks program designed to enhance caregiver satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, experience in hospitality, perks programs, or wellness services, and a passion for improving employee experience.Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Develop and execute a strategy to expand and optimize the perks program.
• Service Innovation: Introduce new offerings and engagement tools tailored to caregiver needs.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Team & Partner Management: Lead staffing, vendor partnerships, and business growth initiatives.
• Marketing & Business Growth: Use data-driven strategies to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
• Technology Utilization: Implement solutions to streamline services and improve user experience.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align perks with business goals.Must-Haves
  • Proven experience in hospitality, spa management, wellness programs, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work nights/weekends as needed.Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in marketing, business operations, or rewards programs.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.
