Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies and procedures for pharmacy operations
Ensure high-quality patient care and support, including medication dispensing and education
Manage the pharmacy's budget and resources efficiently

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Pharm D. or BPharm Degree
Active Florida Pharmacist license required
Minimum of ten (10) years of pharmacy experience
Minimum of five (5) years managing pharmacy personnel
Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) preferred
