As a Growth Marketing Creator, you'll be a key player in educating and empowering creators to not only thrive as influencers but also as affiliate marketers. You'll leverage cutting-edge technology to redefine what partnerships mean, helping creators turn their influence into sustainable businesses.What you will be doing:

• Merchandise key segments of creators and brands to increase creator liquidity.
• Manage onboarding creators and ensure a smooth integration.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design initiatives that support creators' growth on the platform.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, retention, and success rates of creators.
• Create content and other resources to help creators maximize their impact.com experience and optimize their partnership opportunities.Does this sound like you?Are you obsessed with getting great results? Our ideal candidate is a professional with demonstrable refined analytical and organizational skills and experience in growth strategy, analytics, production, automation, testing, and deliverability. You should be detail-oriented and able to work proficiently under pressure. Your role will focus on boosting creator engagement through strategic in-app placements and merchandising efforts.
