A company is looking for a Manager, Technology Support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the technical support function, including tenant management
and application security
Drive the development and implementation of IT strategy aligned
with business goals
Engage with stakeholders to identify IT requirements and develop
solutions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in relevant architecture
fields or equivalent experience
8+ years of related experience, with 7-10 years in Information
Technology or Information Security
Experience in a shared service organization
Expertise in cloud computing within enterprise architecture
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
