an Engineering Program Manager to join our Engineering team. We are
seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Program
Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial
part in ensuring the smooth operation of our support process,
maintaining the efficiency of our development cycles, and helping
assist the rollout of the quality engineering program. The ideal
candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent
problem-solving skills, and has a strong commitment to operational
excellence.In this role, you'll:
- Sprint/Quarter Planning Coordination: Adhere to and coordinate
sprint and quarter planning processes to ensure alignment across
teams and timely delivery of projects.
- Bug Escalation Reporting: Generate regular reports on bug
escalations, providing insights into trends and potential areas for
improvement.
- Velocity Reporting: Track and report on overall team velocity,
identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize development
speed and efficiency.
- Escalation Triage and Management: Provide efficient and
effective support by managing escalated tickets throughout the
support process. This includes triaging incoming issues,
coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring timely
resolution.
- QA Strategy Implementation and Data-Driven Accountability: Play
a key role in rolling out our new QA strategy and utilize
data-driven metrics to ensure accountability and adherence to
quality standards.
- Customer Issue Research: Conduct in-depth research into
specific customer issues, gathering relevant information and
collaborating with support teams to provide resolutions.
- Compliance Evidence Gathering: Assist in compliance exercises
by gathering and organizing necessary evidence, ensuring adherence
to regulatory requirements.To be successful, you have/are:
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and
Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Disclosure:The
estimated pay range for this role is $85,000-90,000. You may also
be offered a bonus and benefits.Our salary ranges are based on
paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of
many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we
provide.Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of
factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level,
skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the
company.The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the
