Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Accounting to
lead financial reporting and consolidation functions within the
Controllership team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a global team in the preparation, review, and consolidation of
financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and company accounting
policies while managing external audits
Optimize financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and
support M&A projects
Required Qualifications
CPA designation
15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial
reporting and consolidation
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in innovative financial
initiatives
Proven ability to manage complex accounting issues and oversee
financial risks
Experience in establishing scalable processes during rapid growth
phases
