Manager: Customer Retention, Revenue Growth, Mobile
Sales.---Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify existing Optimum
customers in your assigned field territories using your
market-savvy skills, community engagement, and valuable lead
lists.---Engage and Educate: Approach current customers with a dash
of charm and a sprinkle of professionalism. Enlighten them about

services, upsell as needed, and most importantly retain the
business.---Customized Solutions: Be a telecom wizard! Dive into
the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom

Qualifications and Essential Functions:---High school diploma or
equivalent is necessary. College degree preferred.---A minimum of
5-8 years of field-sales to Small/Medium Businesses. ---Effective
communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
skills.---Self-motivator with a knack for working
independently.---Proficient computer and technical skills, that
help support the best customer solutions.---Reliable personal
vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance,
and a satisfactory driving record.---Physical Abilities: Work
environment includes sitting, standing, and walking.---Ability to
work full time.Preferred Qualifications:---Sales-centric mindset: A
genuine passion for delivering exceptional sales results by
achieving sales targets. Ability to empathize with customers,

in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with
New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of
job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting
pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted
location is $48,949.00 - $80,416.00 / year. The rate/range provided
herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not
reflect future job opportunity.
