Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Development Manager/ P2P Fundraiser with non-profit experience to join our client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to engage donors and secure funding through various events (golf, marathons, professional groups)

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet organizational goals.
Manage donor relationships through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Utilize software tools such as Raiser Edge and Salesforce for tracking donations and managing donor information.
Oversee budgeting and revenue targets for fundraising initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Implement direct mail/email marketing campaigns to reach potential donors and keep current supporters informed.
Leverage social media management skills to promote fundraising events and campaigns.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Proficiency in budgeting processes related to fundraising activities.
Experience with donor management software.
Strong social media management skills for outreach and engagement.
Proven ability in research, particularly in identifying funding opportunities
