Integral Analytics, a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., is seeking
a Manager of Product Revenue to drive the financial success of our
software solutions by optimizing monetization strategies, refining
product pricing, and ensuring strong customer adoption. This role
is ideal for a strategic thinker who can blend analytical insights
with customer engagement to maximize revenue growth. Essential
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement pricing models,
licensing structures, and revenue strategies to enhance product
profitability.Monitor and analyze product revenue trends, customer
adoption, and market dynamics to identify growth
opportunities.Engage with customers and partners to understand
their business needs and ensure our solutions align with their
objectives. Support customer expansion and retention efforts by
identifying new engagement opportunities and refining value
propositions.Work closely with product management, finance, and
leadership to align revenue goals with business strategy. Provide
data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize revenue
performance and forecast financial outcomes. Identify and refine
go-to market approaches that enhance customer acquisition and
product adoption. Job Requirements / Qualifications10+ years of
experience in revenue management, business strategy, or related
fields within the software or energy industry.Strong analytical
skills with experience in financial modeling, pricing strategy, or
revenue forecasting. Excellent communication skills with the
ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders
effectively.Ability to work cross-functionally with finance,
product management, and executive leadership.Experience in
data-driven decision-making and understanding key financial metrics
related to software revenue. Familiarity with the energy sector,
utility software, or SaaS-based business models is a plus. EEO
