Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals who will provide excellent
project managment in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Under the supervision of Chief Talent Acquisition Officer (CTAO)
and/or designee, the Project Manager is responsible for planning,
executing and completing Advanced Practice Professional Talent
Acquisition projects on time and within budget.
Create detailed project plans that outlines the scope, timeline,
resources, and budget.
Communication with Stakeholders, Peers, Directors, and Executive
Leadership to ensure that everyone is aware of the project's
status, progress and/or barriers.
Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing needs/vacancies,
establish and implement recruitment goals, communicates about
vacancies and urgent staffing needs.
Provid reports, maintain, and generate information as needed on
Turnover, Vacancies, facility specific retention strategies, exit
interviews, and college/university informational session
outcomes.
Work with the Marketing Team to develop and implement targeted
recruitment campaigns to reach potential candidates.
Collaborate with local Human Rercources on to share a comprehensive
review of their progress in reducing critical vacancies.
Generate, utilize and collect data of planned specific recruitment
activities (i.e. Job fairs), vacancies, and onboarding
activities.
Use technology to monitor, maintain and track projects.
Create, develop and grow a network of contacts with Physician
Assistant and Nursing Schools, Colleges, Technical Schools, and
accelerated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant programs
etc.
Requirements:
Graduate degree (HR, MPA, MPH or MBA preferred)
5+ years in a similar role, providing high level administrative and
project management support to an executive, preferably within Human
Resources.
MS Office
PeopleSoft-HR/Financial/Supply Chain
MS Teams, Zoom, Webex
Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $70 -
$80 an hour is a good faith determination of potential base
compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job
advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
