Responsibilities of the Senior Director Oncology, Radiation Therapy and Infusion Services include providing strategic leadership and vision across the outpatient oncology service line including radiation therapy and infusion centers. The Senior Director Oncology, Radiation Therapy and Infusion Services will support the service line with implementing quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing the department budgets, preparing for upcoming accreditation and surveys, and updating policies and procedures across the division.
