Job Description:
- Assist program staff in ensuring adherence to federal, state,
and local regulations and accreditation standards.
- Support the preparation of Annual Action Plans and quarterly
reports aligned with long-term strategic goals.
- Assist with program reaccreditation preparation (Council on
Accreditation and Praesidium).Quality Monitoring & Improvement:
- Conduct Case Record Reviews, analyze trends, and collaborate
with staff to implement improvements.
- Aggregate and analyze incident, accident, and grievance data to
generate Consumer Safety Reports.
- Organize and facilitate Program Incident Review Committee
(PIRC) meetings.
- Track and analyze Outcome Measures and performance metrics to
identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement data collection and analysis systems for
program demographics, safety incidents, and service
evaluations.
- Assist with corrective action planning, including policy
development, staff training, and system enhancements.
- Conduct and analyze Customer Satisfaction Surveys, ensuring
feedback is utilized for continuous improvement.
- Participate in Quality Team Meetings, present reports, and
provide recommendations to staff.
- Ensure compliance with agency Quality Improvement Manual
requirements.
- Assist in updating the Program Manual with new regulations and
protocols.Other Duties:
- Complete all mandatory and assigned training.
- Perform additional quality improvement tasks as
needed.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree
preferred in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare
Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum one year in quality improvement, program evaluation, or
administration in a nonprofit setting preferred.
- Experience with audit preparation, accreditation (especially
COA), Total Quality Management (TQM), and outcome measurement is
desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) for
database management, data tracking, and analysis.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and
stakeholders.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences when working with staff and
individuals served.Working Conditions:Hybrid role with work
conducted both remotely and on-site in office and program
environments.QualificationsEducationRequired:Bachelor's degree or
better.Preferred:Master's degree or better in Human Services or a
