A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and flexible
Office Manager to join their team. As the backbone of the office,
the Office Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate
administrative tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly. The
ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and adaptable, with
strong communication skills.Responsibilities Include:
- Daily Office Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure smooth
functioning.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and office activities, ensuring
all processes run efficiently.
- Financial Management & Bookkeeping:
- Manage office financial records, including invoicing and
budgeting, using QuickBooks.
- Track expenses and assist with monthly and quarterly financial
reporting.
- Team Support:
- Assist team members with scheduling, communications, and
office-related needs.
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and office space is
organized and functional.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external
communication.
- Handle scheduling and ensure meetings, events, and appointments
are coordinated.Ideal Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar financial management
software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing
priorities.
- Prior experience in office management or administrative roles
is a plus.This role is ideal for someone with excellent
