Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The Vice President of ISV
Partner Marketing will be responsible for driving strategic
marketing initiatives to build new and expand existing partnerships
with independent software vendors (ISVs). This role will
collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, product, and partner
teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, strengthen partner
relationships, and maximize the market impact of joint solutions.
The VP will also manage a team of partner marketing professionals
and will be a key influencer in the company's partner ecosystem

Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing strategy for MSF - collaborate with teams
(strategy, credit, go-to-market, sales, product, finance) and
partners to develop and execute marketing strategies that
effectively communicate the value of multi-sourced financing.

- Create content, collateral and integrated marketing campaigns
that highlight the benefits of financing options to partners and
customers ensuring they understand how these solutions can enhance
accessibility and scalability of the ISV's offerings. -
- Develop and execute a comprehensive platform ISV partner
marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Drive partner engagement by creating our new strategic
go-to-market plan that highlight combined value propositions and
innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales,
customer success) to design and implement high-impact, scalable
campaigns.
- Measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns, leveraging
data-driven insights to improve results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ISV Marketing
leaders & partners, acting as a strategic advisor for partner
marketing efforts.
- Guide internal teams on best practices for co-marketing
initiatives, content creation, and lead generation tactics.
- Work with the partner management team to identify new
opportunities and expand partnerships.
- Oversee the development of content strategies, including case
studies, whitepapers, and webinars that showcase the success of ISV
partnerships.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the company brand voice
and are in alignment with both partner and company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of partner marketing
professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and performance
within the team.
- Build and manage partner marketing budgets, ensuring effective
allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of partner
marketing initiatives.
- Track performance, report on key metrics, and provide regular
updates to senior leadership on progress and outcomes.
- Continuously refine strategies based on market trends,
feedback, and performance data.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as
assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school
equivalent and 11+ years of experience within financial services or
credit card industry, fintech or technology. -
- 8+ years of experience in B2B partnership marketing, channel
marketing, or Product marketing that includes:
- 3+ years in a leadership position -
- Proven success in managing ISV partnerships and developing
integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the ISV ecosystem, technology
solutions, and SaaS models.
- Experience with co-marketing programs, joint demand generation,
and digital marketing campaigns.Desired Characteristics:

130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual
bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual
compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based
upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are
adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and
Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background
investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding
process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of
the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service
with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. -
Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the
associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before
they can post for future non-exempt roles. - Employees, level 8 or
greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they
can post. - All internal employees must consistently meet
performance expectations and have approval from your manager to
post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the
time in position or performance expectations).Legal authorization
