Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a clear vision and
strategic product roadmap for internal tools that support portfolio
management, focusing on scalability, user efficiency, and
integration with existing systems.
- Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Portfolio,
Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to ensure that the tools
developed are well-aligned with their needs and the company's
strategic goals. Facilitate regular feedback loops to capture and
prioritize user requirements and enhancements.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance
indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the tools
and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
- Change Management and Adoption: Lead change management efforts
to promote adoption of these tools across the organization. Develop
training programs and documentation to assist users in
transitioning to new or updated tools.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of product managers
and analysts dedicated to creating and refining these critical
internal products. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability,
and collaboration.Required Skills and Experience
- Product Management Expert: Proven experience in managing
software or technology products, ideally within an enterprise
setting managing internal tools.
- Analytical and Strategic: Ability to analyze complex data,
understand user needs, and translate them into effective product
solutions.
- Communicative and Collaborative: Strong interpersonal skills
with an aptitude for building relationships with key partners and
leading cross-functional teams.
- Technologically Savvy: Familiarity with Agile development
methodologies and project/financial management tools such as Jira,
Clarity, Apptio, Rally or similar.
- Change Leader: Skilled in change management, capable of guiding
large teams through transitions and fostering widespread adoption
of new tools and processes.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at
least 3 years in a leadership role managing technology-based
products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Engineering, or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with portfolio management tools and financial
scenario modeling is highly desirable. Apply for the best PM roles
