• Oversee the daily operations of the nail salon to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and support the team, including nail technicians and front desk staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
• Implement and monitor salon policies and procedures.
• Track sales, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations.Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Store Manager, Salon Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of salon operations, booking systems, and inventory management.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
