Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Provide financial advice to middle market companies exceeding $500 mm Enterprise Value on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions (inclusive of cross-border M&A), capital raising and other complex financial transactions. Develop, review and present complex presentations and financial models (including M&A and LBO analyses) to C-level executives of middle market clients on M&A, corporate strategy, and financing alternatives. Travel required up to 5% of the time to global client sites. All travel will be reimbursed by the Firm. Requires: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with Master's OR five (5) years with Bachelor's with the following: liaising with other senior bankers, clients, and product experts in assisting clients with executing complex financial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions; driving live deal execution, including facilitating due diligence processes, negotiating legal agreements with lawyers and deal constituents (such as targets, buyers, or investors), and liaising other investment banks and other parties; reviewing, guiding, and coordinating junior professionals' work product, including reviewing financial modeling work and presentations prepared for live deals, corporate board meetings, investment banking pitches and client service projects on corporate finance topics, including reviewing memorandums required to gain approvals from typical investment banking committees; structuring, analyzing, and executing transactions for middle market companies, with experience advising Industrials M&A clients; developing, reviewing, and presenting complex presentations and financial to C-level executives of clients in the Industrials sector on M&A, corporate strategy, and financing alternatives; generating and presenting potential acquisition ideas to Industrials M&A clients that are a good strategic fit and financially attractive for their existing businesses; working on middle market M&A transactions with a minimum of $500 mm Enterprise Value in the Industrials sector, including sale of a company, acquisition of another company, joint ventures, and carve-outs; reviewing complex valuation and financial analysis in transactions for the Industrials sector, including merger model analysis, leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flow analysis, and sum of the parts analysis; developing and nurturing relationships with clients in the Industrials M&A sector and generating new business opportunities within the sector. Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York -based position is $250,000 - $300,000.
