Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive
client relationships and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the internal proposal process and generate proposals
Organize meetings with general contractors and ensure proper
business development processes
Track and complete KPI goals outlined for clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience,
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Real Estate License preferred
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
preferred
Leadership skills to motivate team performance
Ability to handle sensitive and complex information
