* Completes account cash application by entering data into the production system; resolving errors.
* Protects account assets by following accounting controls.
* Verifies general ledger by obtaining supporting documentation.
* Verifies accounts balances by identifying and resolving exceptions.
* Maintains customer satisfaction by preparing offsets; processing exceptions; answering questions; resolving problems.
* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
